Prices are guidance
Market values come from third-party sales data and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, especially for rare cards with few sales. Offers, fees, VAT and profit figures are estimates based on the settings you choose. Always use your own judgement before buying or selling. We are not responsible for losses from decisions made using the app.
Not tax advice
VAT calculations follow the general rules for the standard rate and the second-hand margin scheme. Whether you can use a scheme, and your records, are your responsibility. Check with HMRC or an accountant.
Card identification
The scanner can misidentify a card, its print or its finish. Check the card details before making an offer.
Shop and eBay connections
If you connect WooCommerce, Shopify or eBay (Pro), you are responsible for your listings and for following those platforms’ own rules and fees. Stock levels and prices are kept in step when the app syncs, not instantly, so a card can sell in two places before they catch up: sync before you sell at a show. We are not responsible for a listing, price or stock level being wrong, or for changes those platforms make that stop a connection working.
Your records
The books, profit figures, receipts and exports help you keep records. Check them before relying on them for tax or accounts. They are stored on your phone, so make backups (Settings → Your data); we cannot recover them if your phone is lost.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One account is for one business; don’t share it.
Free plan
The free plan includes card scanning, search and the deal builder, with a daily allowance of price checks that resets at midnight UK time. Graded prices and recent sales are Pro features. We may change what the free plan includes.
TCG Vendor Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Fair use
Don’t use the app or its server to scrape data in bulk, resell its data, or disrupt the service. We may limit or block access that does.
