You can delete your TCG Vendor account and its data at any time.

In the app (quickest)

  • Open TCG Vendor and go to Settings → Account.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email address, user ID and sign-in method.
  • Your price-check usage records.
  • Your subscription record with our subscription provider (RevenueCat).

Settings, deals and history saved on your phone are removed when you delete the app. Server logs, which hold no account details, are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically

Pro is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it there first (see Support), or you will keep being charged after your account is deleted.
