Returns
We accept returns only on sealed products and only if the item remains factory sealed, unused, and in the exact condition it was sent.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned within 14 days of approval

Return postage is paid by the customer

All returns must be sent using a tracked service

We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage
Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to the nature of trading card products.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must:

Be factory sealed

Show no signs of opening, tampering, or resealing

Be in the same condition it left us, including packaging
Upon receipt, all returns are:

Inspected under video recording to ensure transparency and fairness
Refund Approval & Rejection

If the returned item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of approval
Rejected Returns
Returns may be rejected if:

The product has been opened

Packaging shows signs of tampering or damage

The item is not in its original condition
If a return is rejected:

The item will not be returned to you unless additional return postage is paid by the customer

If return postage is not paid, the item may be disposed of after a reasonable period
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened trading card products

Products with broken seals

Products damaged after delivery

Any item returned without prior approval
This is in line with consumer protection exemptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
